I have been struggling with myself on how and when do I need to quit smoking. I still remembered 4 years ago when I started to stop smoking for the first time, but unfortunately It didn't went well because of so many reason. Most of the time, I blame myself for the lack of determination.
Not long ago, the vaping fever started. I believe, well we (the vapers) believe it was an alternative way to stop smoking. We use the e-cigarette and the liquid nicotine instead of the normal cigarette. Several month after, I started smoking cigarette again because it is simpler, faster and I didn't have to worry about charging the electronics.
Until lately, I started to have minor chest pain especially after the long coffee session on the weekend with my buddies. I could smoke more than half a pack within the 4 hours lepak session. The pain scares me and since I refrain myself on doing physical activities at the moment due to my knee injury, I know it will getting worse and something need to be changed.
So today, I bought this!

Thanks to Hakimi Musa for recommending this! Honestly, I was a bit skeptical on changing back to vaping. I didn't know that e-cigs has been developed so much and more user friendly today. I know it is too early to say but I feel this could be the start to ditch Mr. Marlboro.
